In our Year 4 Science class, we explored the properties of different materials by observing various states of matter. We conducted practical activities such as watching ice melt and pouring different liquids and solids to see how they fill a container. We discussed how the bonds between particles in liquids are looser than in solids but stronger than in gases. Additionally, we examined items that exhibit properties of more than one state of matter, such as fizzy drinks and bubble wrap. We love making learning fun and exciting, fostering a love for science in our classroom!
