Lesson: Learning Outside the Classroom

Year 1children took part in a lively and engaging road safety workshop this week. They decorated their cardboard vehicles before taking them for a drive whilst watching out for some road hazards. We were expecting the pedestrian crossing, snow and hills but the sleeping monster and cacti caught us by surprise! All of the children thoroughly enjoyed the session and will hopefully be able to use their cars to show you some of the things that they have learnt.
