Class: Year 3P Year: 2022 - 2023

This week, we have been learning about different types of poetry. In this lesson, we focussed on narrative poetry and analaysed Julie Donaldson's The Highway Rat. The children commented on the rhyme, rhythm,plot repetition and whether or not they enjoyed the poem. We also had great fun having a go performing it. The children were very expressive and took great care in ennuciating their words.
