School closures mean many children are expected to learn from home and the onus is on parents to help facilitate this. That could be in addition to working from home themselves as well as trying to help keep their kids entertained.

But lockdown can also be an opportunity to spend quality time together as a family. It can mean hours of fun playing games, spending time out in the garden or just snuggling together in front of a movie.

It can mean being creative and building dens, castles or forts. It can mean cooking together, taking walks or playing hide and seek.
