Santa's special surprise! 🎄🎅

The children in Foundation stage became detectives this week to discover who had payed a visit over the weekend. The clues involved snowy footprints, a half eaten carrot and the crumbs of a mince pie! After much discussion and the discovery of a festive letter and a rudolf toy we found a film of Santa himself visiting the unit! All these clues led to the discovery of our new topic book 'Twas the night before Christmas' and the start of the very busy festive season in the Foundation stage!
