Pike Fold Primary School has one of Manchester's Resourced Provision.  Known in school as The Arc it is a specialist resource provision unit which supports 7 children with a diagnosis of Autism or a specific language impairment. Due to the range of children’s needs the Arc is staffed by a specialist teacher and three specialist teaching assistants who all have all completed specific training to support the children’s learning, social and speech and language needs.Throughout the week children are also supported by a speech and language therapist, occupational therapist and access sports therapy. Children who access this provision have been selected via the Manchester Stautory Assessment Team.
