Library story time in EYFS 📚

A huge thank you to Alison Gill from Manchester libraries who came to visit us recently to talk about the magic of libraries and how to join. Alison read a story to Nursery and Reception involving dance and song which the children enjoyed! 

All the Manchester libraries have books for children. There are board books and picture books for the very young, story and information books, and graphic novels for teenagers.

Sharing books from an early age feeds the imagination, encourages the enjoyment of reading and forms the foundation of literacy.
